Tim Ellis Physiotherapy

Tim Ellis is an experienced physiotherapist committed to helping people move better, recover faster and live pain-free. He graduated in Physiotherapy from the University of East London in 1998 and completed a Master's degree with Honours at the University of Sydney in 2001. He has worked exclusively in private practice ever since, including 13 years in Darlinghurst before establishing Excel Physiotherapy and Wellness in Mascot. Tim's approach blends hands-on therapy, movement retraining and advanced technologies such as focused shockwave therapy, real-time ultrasound imaging and VALD force-plate assessment. He is a member of Hip Pain Professionals and a qualified Pilates teacher, integrating movement science into every stage of care.
