Opt Energy

Opt Energy is an accredited VEU provider in Port Melbourne that focuses on assisting home and business owners in Victoria to transition off fossil fuels and transition to a fully electric energy system. The company, since 2014, has provided residential and commercial solar panel systems, solar battery storage systems, heat pump hot water systems, and energy-efficient air conditioners. Their solar service consists of a custom quote that is based on the unique energy requirements and the specific layout of the particular property, and therefore, the actual system that is provided to the customer is based on the home instead of a universal system. Solar batteries provide the home with a way of storing the power produced by its panels for on-demand usage, eliminating grid dependency. For businesses looking to lower hot water costs, commercial heat pumps are also available.
