Business Description
Mortdale Wishbone Chickens has been the neighbourhood's worst-kept secret since the late '80s, when this family-run Mortdale institution first fired up the rotisserie. Golden BBQ chickens with homemade stuffing, fresh-cut salads, and those legendary hot chips that never make it home. This perennial chicken shop in Mortdale keeps locals coming back with its no-nonsense counter service, time-tested recipes, and the kind of consistency only three decades of family ownership can deliver.
